It sure does remind me of Hotline Miami. but one problem..... there's no cat mask. just throwing that one out there and the sprites are on point, like REALLY on point. it looks like the devs of the game took most of the pixel sprites and turned them into 2d madness sprites! and I hope you can get this done before madness day!!! and Happy easter! :D

This have something to it. That 80. feel is pretty fitting for madness and i quite like that details in gore picture.
